Bringing Balance

shapeimage_1This weekend I am giving myself a pre-Christmas treat. I’ve signed up for a “Do Less” workshop which is “3 hours of slow Yin and Restorative yoga, combined with Thai Head Massage, foot massages and Reiki.” Seriously. Oh and hot tea will be ready and waiting for us. As if that weren’t enough, the mats and props will be all set up and some gentle soul will also put them away. Seriously. These workshops, presented by Bring the Balance, are offered monthly. This one’s already sold out, so book early to avoid disappointment. Balance. Bring it.
